From ‘car crash’ To The Goal To Inspire – How Mi365 Was My Awakening

I had lost my reason for being.

I had lost people close to me in my personal life all in a very short space of time; at work I felt that my efforts were making little difference meaning I’d run out of ideas and enthusiasm. I had no energy and although I felt inclined to go running, I would stay at home and watch rubbish on TV instead. I was unfulfilled – one of life’s victims – there was no purpose to my life.

I was grieving for lost love ones… and quite honestly I was just functioning.

I was become buried in dissatisfaction. I hid this, of course. I run a supported accommodation for 16+ care-leavers, providing training to prepare them for an independent life and I immersed myself in work, working late every day. My job involves working shifts so there was no routine to my life and, because I can sometimes be on call in my job, I might only get a few hours’ sleep. In my personal life, I felt I always gave of myself to others but got nothing for myself. I would eat when I could grab something – usually a take away since they can be eaten on the move. And I was drinking far too much alcohol for my liking.

All in all, I was a bit of a car crash.

I knew I had to take steps and I had found myself a personal trainer and joined a gym which was helping a bit.

Then Mi365 popped up on my Facebook timeline and I happened to click the button and start to listen.

That first broadcast was such a positive, inspiring talk so I started tuning in every morning. It didn’t take me long to decide to join Mi365 Elite because, for the first time in a while, I felt I had a purpose to wake up.

In fact, Mi365 was my awakening.

Since being a member and having Pete Cohen as my coach, I have come to realise that no matter what has happened – no matter who or what I have lost – I have got me. I have learned to appreciate the people who I do still have and be grateful for the love and support I receive.

I am using my past challenges to learn and to shape the world around me. It is my choice to be a victim no longer. I engage in Mi365 Elite to support myself but also to support others – some who have been through far worse difficulties that me. Their stories inspire me every day. More than anything I learned that I need coaching – everyone needs coaching – and Mi365 Elite gives me that, every day.

Now I’m using the techniques Pete shares with us to inspire the young people I care for and they too are changing daily.

I have found my purpose now and as a result I am able to give so much more to the world. I am now training to be a coach so I can help others and inspire them with my story.

I am happier, I feel understood, I am grateful every day and I am achieving my goals in life. I’ve got a vision for my future and the future of my business and family.

Thanks to Mi365 Elite, I move through the world to make a difference now, and to leave my mark.

If you want to step away from a victim mindset and make a mark on the world then join Wendy and many others in Mi365 Elite. Elite is a truly life-changing opportunity which can help you achieve greatness in your life, through a series of monthly Masterclasses, daily broadcasts, live events and ongoing advice and support from our private Elite FB group.

And, as Wendy herself says “Now I am able to give so much more to the world.”
