Thanks To Mi365 I Have Never Felt As Good As I Do Now!

Mi365 - Sandra Hart

Hello, I’m Sandra. I’m 65 and I live in Ferring on the South Coast in England.

As a child I was skinny, very skinny but at the age of 15 I started to put on weight, due to overeating and not exercising. At the age of 21 I began my first diet and then spent the next 40+ years losing weight and then promptly putting it all back on again and some more! I’d step on the scales first thing every morning and feel elated when they told me I’d lost some weight or depressed when they told me I had gained. With any weight gain I felt as if I was a failure and couldn’t do it!

My life was dictated by food. I remember feeling guilty if I thought I had eaten too much, feeling faint when I’d not eaten enough and craving foods which I believed were fattening and totally off limits! I had 4 sizes of clothes in my wardrobe, small, medium, large and extra large! Again and again, I’d ask myself “why do I repeat history time and time again?”

At the start of 2017 weighing 13 stone (182) and feeling utterly miserable, I decided enough was enough. I started listening to Pete’s Mi365 broadcasts and took control of my own life. I lost 1 stone without really trying and stayed at this weight throughout the summer. I was delighted because I hadn’t put the weight back on again as was usual for me!

Then Pete announced his new Mi365 Weight Loss Challenge and it was just the right time to spur me on! I joined immediately. It was a completely different approach to weight loss. There was not a diet, no counting calories or points, no good or bad foods and no getting on the dreaded scales every day or week! Instead he gave me tools, videos, tips and podcasts to help me lose weight, get healthy and stay there, forever!

At the same time, I decided to become an Elite member which has undoubtedly helped me improve my mental health and learn different approaches to tackling obstacles to ensure I enjoy every minute of every day and to let go of the past. It’s gone! I know how to forgive and trust myself and others going forward. My aim is to be the very best person I can be.

Pete helped me visualise how I would look in the future and to have the belief that I could achieve my dreams and goals. Most importantly there was masses of support from the FB group and we help support each other when doing well and, more importantly, in times of need!
With Mi365 I lost the last two stone over the next six months and went from a size 18 to a size 10-12. And, a first for me, I’ve actually stayed at my target weight!!!

What it has taught me is that there is no quick fix to being healthy. Only you can do it. No one else can wave a magic wand but this way is definitely THE way to become lighter, fitter, happier, healthier both physically and mentally and, believe me, it so worthwhile!

I have never felt as good as I do now! Hopefully my husband, gorgeous grandchildren, family and friends (old and new) will have me around for a very long time!
